The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. I encountered issues with the bed and pillows, which were not comfortable. Furthermore, the breakfast options were somewhat limited, which was disappointing.

We had a wonderful time here, especially enjoying the comfy double room and the delicious dinner options. The sun terrace offers a perfect spot to relax with stunning views. I stayed for 3 nights in a Double Room, and the experience was quite satisfactory. The views of Lago Argentino from the lobby are truly magnificent, complementing the comfortable accommodations. The staff, especially Agustina, was remarkably helpful throughout my stay. The ample free parking was a great advantage, and the room featured a well-functioning shower that enhanced the experience.
